We were at the summit of Mount Donna Buang, in the dead of Melbourne’s winter, for the debut collection of emerging designer Jules Bramley. The concept was out of its goddamn mind – ambitious, extravagant, and excellent. Snow shoots are a right of passage for winter collections among Melbourne’s independent designers, but this was a runway, to be captured on 16mm film, VCR and digital video. “Visually gorgeous (due to the use of 16mm film capture), energetic at times and with a waft of wistfulness, ‘Don’t Stop!’ perfectly captures the song’s themes of choice and self-discovery.” - ABC Rage [ full article ]

“Noir is an exploration of blackness in all shades, textures and materials. In Ninomiya’s work, black serves as a canvas to his intricate designs and engineering. Whilst his Spring/Summer 2022 show saw Noir Kei Ninomiya explore light, playing with hues of beige, this collection went a bit further, diving right into a pool of neon pink, yellow and green. The spectacle titled “FLUORESCENT” aimed to “[create] a new world by mixing different colours,” says Ninomiya” - To Be Magazine [ full article ]

“The track is stripped back to REYKO!’s pensive guitar, laying way for his introspective lyrics and dreamy vocals to take centre stage. Directed and edited by Thomas Molan, the music video captures the multi hyphenate creative performing in a candle lit forest and includes an alternate verse to the song” - AU Dollars [ full article ]
